Community Center

The Allensworth Community Center has long served as a gathering place for support, connection, and resilience within the community. Located on Young Road across from Allensworth Elementary School, the center is home to the Allensworth Progressive Association (APA) and provides a welcoming space where residents can access resources, seek assistance, and come together. Over the years, it has become a trusted hub for community engagement, with staff working to support residents in real time as needs arise. During the March 2023 flooding, the center played a vital role in coordinating relief efforts and distributing essential resources, further reinforcing its importance to the community.
